Granada’s annual gala has been a memorable evening for parents and friends of GDS for years! This year will prove to be the most memorable ever! Hosted at the beautiful Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, the White Havana Night GDS Gala, will be infused with energetic live band, world class open bar, and delicious cuisine celebrating Cuban Miami culture. With an all-white dress code, this casual yet refined night will be an unforgettable experience that blends sophistication with the irresistible energy of Cuban festivities. Get ready to dance, shop, and immerse yourself in an unforgettable celebration!
The Cause
At this fun party, we will raise resources for two major initiatives:
1. Renovate children’s bathrooms
The bathrooms in our preschool have served us well for decades. This is now the time to give them a nice upgrade so we can love them for decades to come! Thanks to our previous galas, we were fortunate to renovate the bathrooms in the nursery area and the hallway between the Bird Sanctuary and the Koi Pond. We are now redesigning the 6 bathrooms located inside our classrooms.
2. Indoor infant playground
Come rain or shine, our infants need their playtime. Our goal is to create a safe and stimulating indoor infant playground for our nursery, providing our youngest learners with a nearby environment to explore, play, and grow.
